My Story
I Built the Business. Then I Had to Build the CEO.
For three decades I sat beside executives while they made the decisions that shaped entire organizations. I learned how leaders think, how they choose, and what separates the ones who scale from the ones who stall.
Then I built my own company — and discovered that knowing how to run a business is not the same as knowing how to lead one. The hours grew. The team looked to me for everything. Growth stopped feeling like progress.
The change did not come from a new strategy. It came from stepping fully into the role of CEO. That shift is what I now teach, and it is the reason Getting to the C.A.B.B.A.G.E. exists.
